YoTu requires videos to have captions or transcripts available. If a video doesn't have auto-generated or manual captions, we cannot create a summary. This is common for very new videos, private videos, or videos with captions disabled.

To cancel your subscription:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find YoTu and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

To restore your purchases, go to Settings in the YoTu app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

When you enable Auto-Summarize for a channel, YoTu will automatically generate summaries for new videos from that channel. You'll receive a notification when a new summary is ready. The number of channels you can auto-summarize depends on your subscription tier.

Each subscription tier has a daily summary limit:
โ€ข Free: 1 summary/day
โ€ข Pro: 50 summaries/day
โ€ข Premium: 100 summaries/day

Your limit resets at midnight. Consider upgrading for more summaries.

Refunds are processed by Apple. To request a refund:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your YoTu purchase
4. Follow the prompts to request a refund
